Here is a prime example of manipulated jewelry. New but raw yellow brass filigree was manipulated, wired and formed into a base to fir the wrist, and then vintage cold paint enamel components cages, or wired to the filigree. The inside filigree was then 'faced' with an opposing piece so the wiring would not scratch the wrist, when worn.
